yes i had a miscarriage at 5 weeks and did not bleed even like a heavy period. I thought maybe it was a second period that month or that my period just like started back up.
I didn't know i was even pregnant. I finally went to the er after 6 days of bleeding (Not alot, no clots) the color was from brown to red but i did hurt really bad in my belly and back. When i went to the er i found out that i was pregnant and that i was miscarrying all in the same sentance from the doctor.
So yes you can have one and not bleed alot. I didn't even have to get a D&C and my period started the very next month when it was due.
Good luck

That would just mean there is a problem, no miscarriage. With a miscarriage there is a lot of blood. Also factor in how far into the pregnancy. Also if there is not a lot of blood that could be a complication in your uterus. Like a blockage that's abnormal. Go to the ER.

It is possible to have a "missed miscarriage" where the baby dies but you do not bleed and it does not come out on its own. When this happens, you need to have a surgical procedure called a D&C to remove the baby and tissue

I didn't bleed at all. I went for an 8 week check and ultra sound and baby stopped growing at 6 I waited another week for another ultra sound hoping it was wrong and it wasn't a few days later i had to go to get a pill inserted into me to start the miscarraige, I didn't bleed or cramp or anything. Im so sorry if you are going through a miscarraige. It is the hardest thing in the world.

You may not have had a miscarriage, you could just be spotting. Either way you shoudl see a doctor. If you have had a miscarriage the dr will need make sure that your body has expelled everything.

I dont think so. Because your body has to clean itself out and pass tissue and breakdown the uterine lining so that you can have a period again. When I had a miscarriage it was a lot of blood, about 2-3 time the normal amount of a regular cycle. and lots of cramping.

I lost my baby and didn't bleed, I carried to 18 weeks when I had my ultrasound they discovered no heartbeat and only the size of 13 weeks so I was sent for a D&C. if your worried see your doctor as soon as possible

yes, it depends on the size of the baby. I just spotted for a WHILE then I thought I had a normal period.
