Congress is divided into 2 units, House of Representatives and the Senate.
There are 435 seats in the House of Representatives. This number does not change. These seats are divided among the 50 states based on the population and is updated every 10 years when the national census is taken. Each state is guaranteed at least 2 seats.
The US Senate has 100 senators. Two senators from each of the 50 states.

435 voting members of the House of Representatives. 100 Senators.
The House has some non voting members as well. Currently, the District of Columbia and the territories of American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands are represented by a single delegate each, while Puerto Rico elects a Resident Commissioner. Delegates and Resident Commissioners may participate in debates and vote in committees, but may not vote on the floor of the full House. Delegates serve for two-year terms; the Resident Commissioner serves for a four-year term.
