those Y!A graphic designer or programmer or whoever in-charge is too lazy to think anything creative. they should just stick with that creepy smiling face.

1) They are new and haven't made their new avatar
2) The system is down again. It does that from time to time where it doesn't show everyone's avatar.

I have one, I miss the stupid smiley face though. They keep changing stuff on here, and it makes it worse, not better.
