ok so in poms while we were waiting for the girls that were teaching us the dance for directions, i was messing with my friends and doing front hand springs and stuff

one of the girls saw me and wanted to use my backbend flip over in our dance...

i only have 4 counts to do the beackbend [bridge] and just flip over

kinda like a flip flop but more slowly...

i only have 4 counts to do it and i mess up everytime... the first time i attempted it i got it perfect and it syncronized with the others doing back shoulder rolls

but i want to know how to improve me backbend flip over and how can i do it in 4 counts?

help pleaseee

i only have a week to get it right before our game on tuesday next week...

and one that helps me master it will get 10 points and 5 stars...

making sure you do the backbend correctly is a major thing. make sure you're stretching as tall as you can. also, if you're having trouble getting over, really stretch open your shoulders right before you kick over.
i'd love to help more, but i don't really understand from your question what the exact problem is. where in this skill are you having the problem? if you contact me i'll be glad to help you out.
hope you get it for your game!

practice at hope.do it slowly at your regular speed.then every 2 back bends go a little faster until u get to the speed you are supposed to be at but if u get dizzy take a break dont outdo yourself.you can do it!

GOOD LUCK!
