i was told by a friend of mine that the version of cancer on the black parade album was cut. He said the real version was around six minutes long. i have tried to find it but i havent yet. can anyone tell me if ther is an extended version and if so please give me a link to it if possible,

Well in making the CD, MCR had to make some desicions where they had to cut a few songs and maybe they cut off some of Cancer. If that is so then you probably won't be able to find the "real" version anyway.

The real version??? I dont think there is. If there was, it would be on the cd. And they performed Cancer on SNL. and it wasnt 6 mins. long. Maybe your friend got that song mixed up with another one.

well i think your friend may be lying because i have the cd and it isnt 6 min long.the album is really good though (by the way if you get the cd there is a hidden track that is AWESOME)
