I would say they are justly rated too. They dropped even when they beat Michigan State and UCLA. Plus, they dropped in their off week. Thus, it's hard to argue that they are overrated when they've been punished even after two wins and an off week.
As far as strength of schedule, they play the #2 and #3 ranked teams in the nation this season. And they beat Georgia Tech at their place.
Does your college football team play both the #2 and #3 teams?

Yes, If you remember to the beginning of the NCAA season, they treated Notre Dame as the second coming of the Roman Empire and they treated Brady Quinn as the reincarnation of Jesus Christ, Brady Quinn and ND last year was considered Toilet paper compared to the likes of Vince Young and Texas and Leinhart and Bush with USC.

Yes, there defense sucks, Weis is to predictable and for the national title pictures sake, people will look at that 41-27 loss to Michigan at Notre Dame Stadium

Noooooo, Darius Walker is the real deal, and so is Brady Quinn. Jeff Samardzija is having an awsome season. As long as the trio of them is together, we can beat anyone, including Ohio State. The defense is also playing very solid football, too. They can step it up here and there, but hey, they are playing some good football, and they look better than USC!!!! Yes, I know, we lost to Michigan, but look at the Colts. I know they don't play College ball, but it is the same scenario. Great QB, O-Line, WR, and pretty good RB's. Nobody can be perfect, but you have to be as close to as possible, and that is what Charlie is striving for.

to people who say ND is overrated is just jealous that ND is going good.....WELL TO BAD!!! Stop crying and saying that they are overrated if you dont know how hard they have been playing this year to try to get in the championship game.. they are doing the same thing every other team is trying to do so stop ragging on them.
