heater won't switch from defrost to floor?

It;s a 2003 f-150 4x4 truck larait

i own a repair shop,and believe me its not electrical,,its the inside control unit on it that's keeping it from going from floor to defrost on it or the opposite way either ,but you need to get a new or good use control unit for it,and that will fix it,,good luck ,i hope this help,s.

check the linkage to the vent under the dash or the switch is junk
