i want to kno if the nintendo wii will have built in memory, if you will need a memory card like the gamecube, or an SD card to save games. while i was looking up specifications for the wii, it said it has an SD memory card slot, and i wonder wat the slot will be used for.

it has 512mb for save files of wii games and virtual console, it is expandable with an sd card and has a spot for gcn memory cards (only for gcn games)

It has 512mb of flash memory but you can also use a SD card. The SD slot is for extra memory. Probably mainly for downloading the NES, SNES, N64 and Sega games. Because half a gig would fill up pretty quickly.

It has built in memory but not much, I heard it was only 512mb. And people are using SD cards.

you need a memory card like the PSP. It is expensive so you should try to find one for the camera that is cheaper than the Wii brand but that is also compatible. (You can use a different brand of memory card for my PSP than the PSP brand. So this should work for the Wii.)
