I would definitely spend the time and money to consult with an attorney on this. The way things are these days, it could ruin your business with litigation. I imagine it is also determined as to "why" you would be refusing services, what basis. Good Luck.

If your refusal is based on non-discriminatory reasons - "no shirt, no service", "loud disturbances will not be tolerated", etc. - then you should be fine, however, if it is based on violations of "Public Policy" - age, sex, gender, race, etc., - and depending on the size (number of employees) of the salon, I believe that you could be in trouble, unless you have a legitimate business reason for the refusal.
Ask an attorney who is familiar with Kansas law - you can get referrals from the local bar association.

As long as you post a sign that they can see when they walk in or have it facing out the front door and have one on the counter, too. But it's your right to refuse anyone service and long as it's posted.

just to be safe before doing anything check with the section of the government that licenses shop like yours and ask them if you can refuse certain services and in what cases. At least that way if a legal issue comes up you will know what the regulations are.
