The United States. Sure we got through the whole civil rights thing, but we are still a very racist country. And all these "Political Correctness" groups only make it worse. Not only are we a racist country, but as a whole we have a tendancy to label anyone different than us as a Terrorist, or discriminate against them anyways, finding ways around the civil rights laws.

You know what? I don't think there is. I think that racism has evolved globally and is now not a national stigmata but an individual one.
