Are you male or female? If you are male it is a totally hot look. I love a man with pierced nipples. However, if you are female it will look like crap...no matter how wonderful your breasts look. I've never seen a woman who could pull it off. Even with perfect, perky breasts it just doesn't look good.

Depends on the use of your NIPPLES. Man or Women - foreplay? Yeooow! Men in swim suites with flat or nearly flat abs okay. Women same shape not as appealing because the breast naturally has a form that is attractive to others Male or Female. In females I think it protrudes out to far and could cause a choking hazard when feeding, of all ages!! However it may be more acceptable in non traditional relationships. (Which is actually more traditional than most think) From a medical standpoint keep it clean and if you do one the other can be used for alternative activities. So you can accommodate a wider variety of interests. Either way I don't like pain and it looks painful. Well some pain anyway. I better go now. Good luck.

I'm not sure what your breast's current outlook is...
But it will change how your breast appears and whether or not that's appealing is up to each person. I personally wonder why anyone would mess with something as perfect as a breast.
