Its totally up to your uterus. U cant actually make your baby drop as the reason why your bub drops in the first place is because the uterus softens and then droops....therefore allowing your baby to drop into the pelvis.
Im 35wks pregnant and lost my plug 2 wks ago...i found more mess last night actually and ive talked to my midwife about it. She had told me that she knows women who have lost their plugs as early as 24wks. And they can still carry full term after that. When you go back and see your ob/gyn or midwife ask them when or if there will be a need to induce. They might even sweep/strip your membranes for you to help your waters break and therefore get rid of the plug. If its too early by their protocols they may not do it until its suitable for you or bub. Hope that helps and congrats!

It means you have to be patient, which is harder than delivery at this point in the pregnancy. Check in with your doc regularly, and they'll keep an eye on you. Overall, don't worry too much. It's not like the baby won't be born, hehehe!
PS... My mom actually had my dad drive her through a harvested cornfield for one of us 7 kids, and it must have worked because she was in labor the next day! Don't forget your kegels! ;-)

It could still be awhile, or it could be tonight. I had my baby about 2 weeks after losing my plug, but everyone is different. Trust me, enjoy this time and try and relax and SLEEP NOW!! After the baby comes, you won't be getting much rest. Don't get me wrong, they are truly a blessing, but just enjoy the peace and quiet. Good luck and congrats!!

If someone could tell you the answer when you would deliver they would be rich. You could be close or not only your baby knows. With all 3 of my pregnancies I never felt them drop or Inever looked like they did either.
Just be patient mother nature will kick in and it will happen.
