No.
However, there are a series of referances to each other in their movies:
1) Demolition Man starring Stallone: there is passing referance to the Schwarzenegger Presidential Library
2) Twins starring Schwarzenegger: Arnold passes a Rambo 3 poster and compares his arm size to that of Stallone in the poster, then shrugs it off
3) Last Action Hero starring Schwarzenegger: the Blockbuster video scene features a Terminator 2 standee with Stallone in Arnold's pose from the original teaser poster and standee
These are the ones I am sure of, however I expect there are a few others that I have missed.

No, never, according to "The Oracle of Arnie." Seriously.
See the link below.
This University of Virginia website is a lot of fun.
He and Jean-Claude Van Damme were in Last Action Hero together.
He and Jackie Chan were in Around the World in 80 Days.

Wow, that movie's dialog would be almost totally indecipherable. I like Arnold, but I have a pretty tough time trying to understand Stalone.

they're the two stable action stars with stable movies. besides the undeniable fact that Stallone in many circumstances has a stable ethical message hes attempting to get for the time of like in his final Rocky and Rambo movies. identity bypass with him

i dont think so, but it sure would have been sweet. Hulking, gatling-wielding (gatling gun is basically a huge chaingun that literally pours out bullets), schwarznegger and hulking, fighting-master stalone.

This is a good one!.....I don't think they have ever starred together in a movie, but could you imagine the tagline?.....maybe it would go something like...."yo, Arnold, we did it!!".....lol.....
