How do i send an MP3 to my cell phone without bluetooth or USB?

I have a LG 4015 and i want to put an MP3 pn it as my ringtone any suggestions?

Does your cell phone come with an internet connection and email/mms (multimedia service) account? Then you can email it to your phone. If not, you might be out of luck.
