You have a good start with the games. If you want to be unique in your game room, and stand out, try a shuffle bowler game. These are an older arcade game, lots of fun, and can be had for a few hundred bucks. A jukebox is also a fun item. Some models of jukeboxes made in the late 70's, early 80's are not collectible and can also be had for a few hundred bucks. You can have your kids help pick out the 45's to put inside. Or you can go the route of a newer 'CD' jukebox. Another thing to consider is a rec room 'theme'. Some that I've seen are based on a favorite sports team, or a tavern. A Dorm fridge and microwave are great additions as well. Even with a small budget, you can still obtain some great items. Good Luck.

Hmm.. i could say upload a bar, yet once you have young ones, possibly no longer. My father only have been given his basement finished. He have been given a 40 two" television, a leather-based sofa and 2 leather-based recliners, further a bar with effective music lighting fixtures above it, a bathing room with a corner bathe, a storage room, new carpet, tiny Bose embody sound audio gadget each and each corner of the room, a poker table, a foosball table, and in a pair of week a pool table. i visit attempt to ask your self him with a "Karate Champ" arcade interest for Christmas, which he curiously enjoyed interior the previous due 70s. yet countless what you're able to do relies upon on the a protracted time of your infants. i would not probably choose for to have a effective billiards table with fragile felt and such with 5 twelve months olds working around. Or a dart board! Or a bar. i could in my opinion make it the way i wanted it, and positioned a lock on the door and save the youngsters out.

sounds like your ready to go....just remember a pool table requires a lot of room...a 7ft takes a room of 14X16 any room smaller than that you wont be able to get all that in the room. but you can get a converter top for the ping pong that fits on the pool table so that would free up some room...shuffle board is also good for all you need is room at the ends..( shuffle boards start about 10 ft,on up)your tv unless its a big screen you can mount that on the wall in the corner.. air hockey also takes up alot of room...just be careful & remember that you need at least 5 ft to shoot on a pool table all around..

The coolest rec room / pub game I've played is table top shuffleboard. The tables are really big though, so you have to have a lot of room. They're expensive too. It's an awesome and addictive game though!

Don't forget about seating. Also drinker or not a bar and bar stools would be a nice addition. Video poker machines and a juke box.
