I say consider the source, feel a little sorry for the people that feel they must gain attention through this type of behaviour and move on. best rule of thumb, when people are acting unprofessional it is best to act more professional.
and besides you don't retaliate, they don't get the satisfaction of provoking you.

Realize first of all that your are willing to discuss it you are the bigger person or the better person here.
People like that will happen no matter how old you are.
Shake it off, and think of something that you can do for someone who is under you(age wise, in size, grade wise) and getting the same treatment and try to help them. And the same help will follow for you. It's a given, may not happen tomorrow but at sometime you will see a difference.
