Greetings,
I would think the last person convicted of treason in the United States would be John Lindh, Convicted on Feb. 13, 2002. This was the guy who joined the Taliban and fought against U.S. troops. He was sentenced to 20 years with out Parole.
Also, there are other people who have been charged with treason, some are on the run, One who is facing trial right now is Ronald Garcula, Arrested May 21, 2005 Charged with one of the few things that make for a charge of Treason. His case is not settled as of yet.
