Annual Salary=x
x devided by 52 weeks divided by 40 hours a week.
Example: $18,000
18000/52=346.15
346/40=8.65

Divide your annual salary by 2080. This will give you your hourly rate. For example, lets say you earn $20,800 annually. Divide 20800 by 2080 and you'll get $10 per hour.

I think you have to divide the annual salary by first dividing it by 52 then by 40 then by 8

Roughly divide by 2,000.
To be exact use 2,080 (that's based on 40 hour weeks).
