Who cares if it is racist, when you are in an argument the best man wins. of all people the US should know, cuz they fight dirty. A-bomb on japan... well he used the N-bomb. now i am saying he was rude, but still. why does everyone get hyped up over A WORD. It is only a word, and what does it even mean?? nothing. i say get over it, apologize and dont hold it on the guy. done. lets hear what you have to say. oo. ps. dont worry about offending me

As bad as his comment was what about towards the end of the incident when they called him a "Cracker" and a "F**cking Whiteboy" And I havent heard anything about their apology's for their racist remarks yet..

It's a double standard! The fact that rappers say the "N" word (No I don't use it!!) all the time!! And you hear all these little hip hop clowns refer to themselves as it again every other word...I have no problem with the fact that he snapped and called them something they probably refered to themselves as all day long anyway....It was the comment that precipitated it

"If it was 50 years ago you'd be hanging upside down with a fork in your a*s" That blew my mind...

Something like that just doesn't roll off your tongue unless you've thought about it before..That was unbelievably offensive and crossed every line there was to cross in my mind!! The dudes career has been dead for years. So I can't even say he buried himself with that comment...But he sure let people know where his mind lies..He's racist no if's ands or buts about it

I support him....I know the guy, not well but he's a cool person. I've never been a Kramer fan, but I am a fan and performer of comedy. Nothing is harder to deal
with than
losing control of your audience. He went off in an attempt to be edgy...as in Lenny Bruce edgy but missed by miles and just thought' well f*** it, I've got nothing to lose."

Richards' characters are always "over - the - top" meets "trying too hard".

(Remember Friday's anyone?) He is a sketch comic not a stand-up.When he attempted shock comic territory, he bombed. There is no way to make the N- word funny and he got stuck...like in a Tourette's loop. The biggest tragedy is Richards attempting stand up in the first place.

The guy was embarrassed beyond belief. His apology was sincere....if it seemed disjointed it's because he was rattled by the freshness of it all. Clearly this is an actor an identity problem. But come on...,he didn't assassinate Martin Luther King. He didn't plan a promo to coincide with a DVD. He messed up, grasped at straws and lost it. We all lose it....just not in public.
Paul Rodriguez is the idiot in this story. Dumb Mexican.

Uh-oh the M word.

I've always liked the character Kramer. I'm confused by this whole thing. If he was secretly a terrible biggot he would at least know not to go yelling it out on stage. So something very strange went wrong that night and he seems to have lost his marbles. I hope he's not on drugs and I've even kinda wondered if he might have an undetected brain tumor.

This is ridiculous, offended by what? These morons were heckling him, they paid to see his show, that shows you how bright they are. If you don't like the guy then don't go to his damn show and insult him, he got fighting mad and he attacked them, who cares how he attacked them, he sure made them mad didn't he? Good they deserved it for being morons. Now they are demanding financial compensation? YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME! I don't care what race you are, if you are a moron, then you deserve to be brought down a few notches by whatever means neccessary. Yes it is just a word too so get over it, they say it to each other all the time like it is going out of style, so stuff it if you don't like hearing it said by someone you don't like.

Yes. I support Michael. This over-hyped story is the strawman for the far left politically correct do-gooders to push their stupid agenda. Sure the guy's wacky, but that's what we loved about him in Seinfeld. Screw these deniers of balanced discourse. Who's complaining about all of the demeaning things said (ad nauseum) about Asians, Europeans and Hispanics by so many black comics?......no one. Stop with the socially approved prejudice already.

Sure, it offended SOME people who were there, not all! I think what I would most be mad at is that I paid big bucks to see a show at the famous Laugh Factory, and it got ruined. I don't think the club should apologize like some "groups" are demanding. They should just give people a refund, raincheck, free ticket, or something.

Definitely. If you take a look at interviews with this guy, you can see he's a nice, calm person who is a very good actor. His Kramer character is nothing like how he acts on a day to day basis. I think what happened is that somebody in the audience said something that upset him badly. He was already having a bad day maybe and just lost it. I mean be honest... haven't every one of you on here lost it once or twice?

Sometimes we say things we regret later when we're that mad. Sometimes in an argument, you get so mad you barely remember exactly what you said. He just was in front of a crowd and a TV camera, so... it came back to haunt him.

personally.. i dont think that anything was racial at all. and i do believe that eventhough this country has lost most of its morals one thing that has not changed is freedom of speech. which he excersised as well as many comics do, even regarding race and they do not get so in as much trouble as this guy did. im sorry but he said ******. the definition of ****** is an ignorant person and if you seen the same video as i did, the black man proved he was a ******. and also ruined a nice night & a good show.

I comply with a definite volume...I mean yeah, each and every person says issues they do no longer mean. He became referred to as a "cracker" so he replied via calling them "*****rs"...and particular each and every person is racist to a pair volume, there is white trash and there is ghetto @$$ human beings besides, and that i recognize as quickly as I get annoyed i'll assert each and every thing i will to purpose and harm somebody's thoughts yet then i think undesirable afterwards. it rather is referred to as being HUMAN!!! 8-)

Can't say I exactly supported him before. I usually don't think about him at all. Sounds like he went a little nuts and the ugliest form of racism came out of him. I don't see it as justified no matter how upset he was.
