The answer is hard to say, Im guessing not till after christmas, from what i hear Sony is having touble replacing the defective units already sold let alone ship new ones, this is grim news i know, but this is the news as of now

If you didn't have it reserved at any sroes, you may not be able to get one in sroes by next year. They only made 400,000 units so your chances maybe slim for a for a few monthes.
