I give up, I printed out the list of all uk entries, Cliff Richards performed 1968, and 1973, he wasn't with the Shadows in the 1975 entry.
Ronnie Carroll entered for UK 1962, and 1963.
If anyone performed in the contest for the UK 3 times, they did so at least once under another name, I haven't checked the members of all the groups.
Have now checked Cheryl Baker, she has performedin Co-Co 1978, and in Bucks Fizz 1981.
My guess is no one performed for the Uk entry 3 times.

Sir Cliff Richard. (Not too sure about that.)
Or perhaps Johnny Logan.
In 1992, Johnny Logan won the Eurovision Song Contest for the third time for Ireland as a composer with 'Why Me', sung by Linda Martin.

Do you know the answer!?
As far as I can tell there has only been three artists who have appeared twice each:-
Ronnie Carroll 1962 - 4th, 1963 - 4th
Sir Cliff Richard, 1968 - 2nd, 1973 - 3rd
Cheryl Baker, 1978 - 11th, 1981 - 1st
