wonder woman would win because jean grey is DEAD (again).
and green lantern would get his *** handed to him because iceman has much more power than he knows. He could just freeze green lantern's blood and kill him, his ring can't protect him from that. However as a hero he wouldn't do that that is why iceman is a sissy. He would still win though.

this isnt much of a contest... i would pick wonder woman over any female comic character... EXCEPT jean grey...
and what could iceman possibly do against GL? gl's ring would protect him from the cold, and he could easily melt bobby with a huge green blowtorch or anything like that... hell, he could just make antifreeze and drown iceman...

I'm inclined to agree with nnanna; I'm not aware of Diana having any immunity to psionic powers, and Iceman is a one-trick pony.

jean grey, she's untouchable. she can use telekinetic shield to throw wonderwoman. she can keep doing that untill wonderwoman finally gives up.
iceman. he can use his power to make latern trapped in ice cube.
