I read alot on Wikipedia on Hinata and her 2or 3 arcs.I'm confused if these arcs when Naruto is teamed up with Hinata's team in anime or manga.I'm pretty sure its anime,but i'm confused.

They are teamed up during FILLERS meaning it was just for one mission and they arent an actual team toghether. It was in the anime but after the Sasuke Retrival Arc none of these are part of the manga

All of the arcs after the Sasuke retreival arc are purely anime. They did this to give Masashi Kishimoto more time to draw and plot out the Naruto 2 series. ^-^
