its a song by a female country singer that goes monday never was good anyways.......thursday and friday take too long before i know it saturday's gone, its sunday now and you can bet that i'm alright. its fairly upbeat and someone told me its by patty loveless but i can't seem to find it

Yes it is Laurie Morgan singing Except for Monday. She has alot of good songs on the album. The one that I really like is Looking For Something in Red.

It's by Lorrie Morgan called Except for Monday. It is on her "Something in Red" CD. If you are looking for an awsome CD, you should try to find it. It's a little older, but every song on it is fantastic. She's one of my favorites, although you don't hear much from her anymore.
