I assume you're asking in regards to making the copyright sign on your computer. To make the copyright sign use microsoft word. Create a "new" document. Click on "Insert" scroll down and click on "Symbol". In the Sybols pop-up you will find the copyright sign. You can simply select it and paste it into your document. After that you can copy and paste it in any graphic you need to.
Good luck.

If you have Microsoft Word use the "Enclose Characters" button and Select the middle option "Shrink Text", then type the letter "C" in the box under "characters" and select the first box under "Enclosure" and then click "OK" it should put a copyright symbol where your cursor was.
I can't remember if I added this button or if its on there as a default. It looks like a circle with a "7" that has a line through it and a bracket over it. If you don't see it you'll have to go into your Tool Bar options and add it to your tool bar.

On MS Word 2000 you can click on Insert/symbols, then you will see a graph of symbols that includes the copyright.

on a mac, which is all i can speak of, you type Option-G, like so - ©. I'd type it out and print it out, then cut it out and glue it down on your illo or whatever.
