My flats are always slipping off when i wear them

I put insoles in mine and now they stay on. They would always flip off when I walked.

they have these socks from hue that are cut low and just right enought for flats and they have a sticke on the bottom to keep your foot in place.
they also have little no slit inserts.
Go to Nordstrom, look in the hoisery section, and you will find them there.

Buy a smaller size or a narrower width.

stuff tissues in the front so they are nice and tight and won't slip off

TRY DOUBLE SIDED FASHION TAPE......THAT SHOULD DO IT!
