Everyone knows this one! Claires! i havent personally been to the claires website but in person they have great deals and great looks. if your not a big fan of claires im sorry but its all i can think of

well, i usually buy earrings at Claire's and bought some gold earrings for $12 when my friend tells me that pink ice sells earrings for half that price.
