there are 30 floors in sky tower and to envolve you need to defeat the game first,i'm nearly complete the game so don't worried if i can do it you can too.

There should be about 30 floors on Sky Tower. Don't worry, the final battle with Rayquaza is a real disappointment. To evolve, you have to beat the game first, then split up your rescue team so your partner isn't always following you. Then, go to the spot where Whiscash was. There should be a hole there:go in and ask the seed thing to evolve. You can check your status to see if your pokemon is ready for evolution. If it says possible, go for it.

dude, which question do you want answered. total i think there is about 30 floors in sky tower. to evolve you have to have beaten rayquaza. The game explains how to after that. ( A hole opens up where whiscash is and you just walk on in. it asks you whether you want to and if you say yes it will. if you need a thunder stone to evolve, i.e. pikachu-riachu, then when it asks you whether you want to give up an item or not say yes and choose it from you toolbox).
