2003 buick RENDEZVOUS NO POWER TO THE WINDO CIRCUIT BREAKER NO POWER TO ONSTAR AND WILL NOT START NOW IT WANT

IT STARTED WITH THE RADIO IT WENT OUT FIRST THEN THE LIGHTS STAYED ON IT WAS RUNNING FINE JUST NO RADIO OR DVD OR ONSTAR OR FOG LIGHTS I UNHOOKED THE BATTERY AND NOW NO START WHEN I HOOKED BATTERY BACK I THINK IT MIGHT BE THE BODY CONTROLL MODULE ALL FUSES AND RELAYS ARE GOOG COULD THE FUSE BLOCK BE BAD ?

If the battery test good. I would thing it is not grounded or loose. Clean and tighten all of the grounds. Battery to ground engine to frame frame to body. Next i would use a test light to see if you have power to the onboard computer.No capitals please it is consider shouting or rude. Have a fun day.
