Remember the exponent laws: Multiply the constant and add the exponents. So (6x^5)(4x^4)=6*4x^5+4=24^9

you just multiply the constants and add the exponents of the variable, like this:

6*4=24 and x^5*x^4 = x^9

so the answer would be

24x^9
