Many whites feel guilt from distant relatives for mistreating minorities. CRACKER? How about spics,spook,spade, Camel jockey yes even the dreaded N word are not slurs in the dictionary. It's all B.S. slang. If your a decent educated person you know the person using these slurs aren't. Were all GODS children. With all inter race marriage we'll all become the same!

Some of what you are writing is unintelligible, but to answer the first question, I think many whites have not dealt with the injustices of both past and present. They are in denial about it.
Some whites have begun to learn how messed up their ancestors actions are, and their own too, and that their privileges are exactly that--race or class privileges. And they're afraid of payback.
Now that they see global and national demographics, they're in a panic. Oh no! The dark people are reproducing! What is to become of us, and our precious Anglo-Saxon or Northern European civilization?

I think racism is fueled by the media. THEY are the ones that do their best to make it seem as though the blacks are after the whites. Then, this makes everyone paranoid with preconceived notions. Then, any little mistake made, is construed as racism. Dont you think if they would positively report, things would change?

People are so critical they think that since one mexican robbed them that all are bad Thats not fair . It seems to be the americans who are the worst at stereotyping like that.And we are supposed to be nice and helpful .

well, some of them are crazy and paranoid. yep. and anyone could be crazy, so, yeah.
it is rational to think that as the years go by, the people get smarter, but we have failed to show any intellegence in our actions.(well, some of us) I know everyone has some sort of problem, but we don't have to get racist, and mean for no reason! sheesh.

As a gay man, I can relate. Straight whites pigeon-hole us to feel more comfortable about their own identity. They are used to being number one --- Christian, heterosexual, middle-aged white men.
If they see you as an INDIVIDUAL instead of just a MINORITY it will be harder for them to hate you...
