Just One? Dig a hole 3' dia x 2' deep. 'fill it with miracle-grow potting soil . Build a hot box about the spot 4' square x 1.5' tall with a thermally controlled 30 degree opener. Plant 4 seeds 6 weeks before last frost . 2 wks after last frost remove hot box and cull seedlings down to one.. Spend the rest of the summer being paranoid about every thing that goes bump, harvest in fear that you will get caught.. You will get caught. Spend all next winter in county wondering why you were so dumb as to try to grow pot at all..

Hahaha! Seriously though, they are relatively easy to grow anywhere (because they're weeds) as long as they have no frost, lots of light, and good seaweed or fish fertilizer.

All of the above plus make sure you don't do it on your own property cuz when you get caught they will take away your house.
