b) i just found the answer for b : it is 6 because its a p orbital

a) n=4 the maximum electron configuration is
1s2 2s2 2p6 3s2 3p6 3d10 4s2 4p6 => 36 electrons
or maybe it will be more larger with 4d and 4f level
b) a p(x) orbital can have 6 electrons
