The name is Linus and Lucy by Vince Gauraldi. As to sheet music, am not sure where to find it. I play it in A flat, left hand goes
(Ab is low note, ab is 1 octave up)

Ab Eb ab Ab Eb ab Ab Eb F Ab Eb F over and over until chord changes, then it is
B Eb ab B Eb ab B Eb F B Eb F

Then Db Db Db Eb

Repeat.

Right hand starts on Ab, goes to Bb C C Bb Ab Bb Ab Ab Bb C C

you should be able to figure it out from there.
Sorry this is so sloppy, but...... it'll help.

Schroder usually plays something by Beethoven. Either Fur Elise, Moonlight Sonata.

However, if you're talking about the theme of Charlie Brown, I'm pretty sure it's the Charlie Brown Theme Song and you can find the sheet music if you search for it. Free though, I'm not sure. You may have to pay.

It's Beethoven's Fur Elise. That's the only song I can play by Beethoven on the piano.
