Why the heck do we care about Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes getting married and spending a horrid amount of money on a freakin wedding? Everytime I turn on the Tv, there's some stupid program about their ridiculous wedding! Why does anyone care that they make wayyyyy too much money and waste it on something so unimportant. I'm sure both Tom and Katie have a spot reserved in hell for their wastefeulness, but other than that, we should NOT care. I can't stand that some people actually care. Maybe if we stopped caring, tv stations wouldn't air this crap. The celebrity culture is so bad for society...it makes really unproductive people even more unproductive. Arghh! Does anyone agree?

I completely agree.. Maybe if people stopped caring Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes wouldn't have the type of money to spend on a lavishly lame wedding!! Tom Cruise is one crazy SOB anyway..

I completely agree. I don't understand why some people are obssessed with the lives of celebrities. It makes no sense to me. You're obssessed with someone who doesn't even know you exist!!! Get a grip people and be more productive with your life!!!! How gives a crap about Tom and Katie, gosh it annoys me soooo much....

Tom Cruise is a selfish brat and my heart goes out to ALL of the women he's bedded - with or without vows.
My deepest consolation goes to the children he's spawned. He's not the greatest example of a loving, devoted husband and father.

There is poverty in the world. Soldiers are getting killed in Iraq and people are worrying about how tom and Katies wedding went. Look at what t.v has done to us.

I was watching Sky news the other day and they spent about 1/2 on the bloody wedding and 2 secs on iraq where car bombs have killed sooooooooo many people!

i hear ya. i could care less if they are married. if they are happy great but i don't care. they aren't my friends or family, and they are just like you and me...of course except the jobs and the bank account. i'd rather know what's happening in iraq, afghanistan, and isreal when i turn on the news....not that a couple of celebs tied the knot or had a kid! what is truely important in the world isn't their marriage!
