Right now?
Best player is no doubt Lebron James. He's currently averaging 29/6/6, and the Cleveland aren't doing too shabby. Hate to say this, but best team RIGHT NOW are the Jazz. It all shows in the record, 9-1, and I'm sure they will taper off. They've been through only 3 elite teams now (Suns and Clippers), and Im sure theyll slow down once they face Hornets. Mavs, or Spurs.

I don't think anyone is playing any better than Gilbert Arenas right now...nearly 29 pts, 7 assists, and 4 rebounds a game for a crappy team (Wizards) that might be winless right now without him...instead they are 4-5...Best team right now is the surprising Utah Jazz
