For about half an hour, one of my quads has been in a bad spot and is making me uncomfortable. They are half way under one of my ribs and I hope they're not hurting. I know he/she is okay because I can feel them breathing, they just won't move. any suggestions?

One of my twins hung out there every day for almost 2 months, not much you can do, they need space to move to and with twins and especially quads there just isnt that much space. My doctor said they are not hurting, but for your comfort just try rubbing your belly or rocking slightly to see if you can make 1 or more of them move to make room for rib baby!

Well you could lie down and try shifting from side to side.

you could drink oj...the high acid in citrus juice can jolt them awake and maybe encourage him/her to move.

my answer to you: squat and push. at one point in my life, i was 9 months pregnant and on a plane. i was literally sobbing with pain. i squat on my seat and just pushed to relieve discomfort. it really helped!
