cuz they r smart and they know that new games keep on coming and they know that ur gonna wan'em and the theyll say no and then ull b mad, also if they say yes, u might think about it a lot at school and will get lower grades, also they know that u r gonna get over it, i got them 2 buy me a game bou SP and i dont even use it anymore, maybe its cuz I' dont really like video games but still, its not something that can take u far, even with the most technology, and its too expensive, sure u may think ima a party pooper 4 saying that but why dont u do chores arround the house and gather money 2 buy it, then ull say its too expensive (thats whats they say) than if u breake it u will care and u will take more care of it (if they buy u one u r responsable 4 it and if it breaks well u breake their hard working money that they owened and all u did was ask 4 it and keep ur eaars open in class, thats not hard) after that u r gonna want new things, ur friends will have something new that u will want so what, r u just gonna get ride of all the work u or ur parents did, and if they buy it 4 u for a little reason then it will go away faster, whats comes easyly last less than what comes with ur own sweat so, think about that

Tell them that it has educational games like Brain Teaser and make some up like Math Olympics or Shakespeare Stratego. Everybody in school has one especially the high school students who practice their SATs with the games like College Success. Whatever it takes, bro. LOL By the way if you are going to claim you're a straight A student you better spell "straight" correctly.

I remember when I was young, there were many things that I wanted that my parents truely wanted to get me, but it would set us back. Now I am married to a woman he loves to shop (well I do too!) and now WE are in the position like that, trying not to go overboard and still want things for fun. So, we joined a rewards program that earns us cash back when we shop and we take the money we have earned from shopping normally for food, clothing, cosmetics, and we use the reward check to treat outselves!

Try to feel what your parents are going through. They may be overly concerned about saving, yet you want to have fun and don't want to burden them. Find a way for them to earn rewards when they spend their money. Or, find a way to earn half of the money or something to show you are trying to be independent and just need a push. Maybe this could be a way to help them save,as well as get what you want.

Well, they could get you a used one, but it's X-Mas, so I wouldn't say that. But explain all that it does, and how much fun you could have. If you have a brother or sister tell them they could get you both one and you could instant message each other, and play games. Just stuff so they can see that it's worth the money.

Try to help around the house to show them that you are responsible and that you really do believe you deserve it. Also, try to find a way to offer some money if money is tight. Usually, if your parents see that you are making an effort, they will be more likely to purchase it for you.
