I think he's actually a pretty intelligent person, but does come across as "plain stupid" sometimes. I don't think he could of gotten to where he is without intelligence. Additionally, I think he is stubborn and sticks to what he says, to a fault.

Why can't people who disagree with the president at least comes to terms with the fact that he is not dumb? You simply do not rise to a position of such political power by being dumb or stupid.
