rip the song onto your computer than upload it to a website like exoload.com or another site and take the url that ends in .mp3 or .wav or .what ever format you saved in and insert this code in your myspace

Upload it to a file host site like fileden.com then just use html code to start it or use a site to generate a code for your music with the player.

marfeen is close, but you'd better trim it down in size otherwise it will take forever to load! and mp3 is a better compressed way to do music!
