Yes his hair will most likely fall out and grow back a different color or at least either lighter or darker than it is now. I was born with tons of black hair and by the time I was 6 or 7 months I was bald as a cue ball! It grew back blonde by the way but now it's almost black again (not dyed or anything). It's perfectly normal for his hair to fall out and change color. Congrats on your new nephew :-)

Pink/Red is probably just normal for first being born, all my kids were like that. Also the hair might not stay the same. My son had dark brown almost black hair when he was born and he is 5 now and has the most blonde hair you have ever seen. My girls were born with dark hair and they are 2 and still have dark hair and dark eyes so I guess they take after their daddy

Yes it is true. His hair may stay dark, but the hair he has now will slowly fall out, and "new" hair will grow in it's place as his head grows. His skin is also normal for a newborn, my son was both dark haired and skin when born and now he's blond and pale like his father... at least he kept his blue eyes like mommy.

my daughter was born with pink skin.. stayed that way. And was born with very little red hair that hasent gone away yet. Sometimes babies hair will fall out and sometimes it doesnt or very little falls out. her eyes were also very very blue and they have stayed that way. They say that by 6 months they should have their natural eye color. Hair color can change at any time and the pigment of skin can change also. congrats on new nephew!

many babies are reddish or even bruised when they are born. His hair may fall out, or not, and it can change color as well.
