No, not at all.
My second husband used to sit down to pee sometimes, and believe you me, he was straight! :-))
How one pees has no bearing on sexuality :-))

i imagine I heard of a few regulation in Switzerland the position you're literally not allowed to face after a particular hour at nighttime. in certain situations I sit down at the same time as i'm drained. that's no longer good for the prostate.

You can't determine a persons sexual orientation by the way they use the toilet. I know straight guys who do that occasionally.

seriously.. my moms boyfriend does that! I walked in on him one time and it scared the crap out of me... I wouldnt consider it gay, but it is a little weird.
