i am 16 and i really want to help myself w/ a substance abusr problem but without my parents knowing.but how?

I LIVE IN LAS VEGAS,NEVADA. AND I AM A 16 YR. FEMALE. ABOUT 2 YEARS I FOR SOME REASON THOUGHT I WAS IN LOVE W/ A DUDE NAME JOSH WHO WAS 6YRS KOLDER THAN ME .. ONE THING LEAD TO ANOTHER AND SO HE BROKE ME FROM MY HARD SHELL AND I AGREED TO TRY SPEED 1 TIME. JUST TO MAKE HIM EVEN MORE INTERESTED IN ME . WELL THAT ONE TIME MULTIPLIED IT'S SELF WHAT SEEMED LIKE A MILLION TIMES. I WAS SO BAD OFF AND I WENT TO A REHAB FOR 7MTHS. W/O JOSH KNOWING AND THOUGHT I WAS ON TOP. I WOULD NEVER DO SUCH A HARMFUL THING TO MYSELF.. AND 2MONTHS AFTER I GOT OUT HE FOUND ME INSIDE MY SCHOOL BY HAVING THE NURSE ASSISTANT WRITE A PASS ASKING FOR ME TO RETRIEVE TO THE HEALTH OFFICE. LITTLE THAT I KNEW THERE JOSH WAS AND AS ALWAYS HE FOUND HIS WAY ON TO TALKING ME INTO BEING HIS AGAIN AND KNOW I'M SICK OF IT!!!!!!! I DON'T WANNA HURT MY FAMILY BY GOING TO THEM FOR HELP! SO INSTEAD I AM WANTING TO FIND HELP SOME OTHER WAY. SO I CAN LEAVE THOSE 2 BASTARDS A LONE AND MOVE ON TO MY LIFE & NOTJOSH CONTROLING ME

You sound like you are really trying very hard. First, since you are still in school, ask your parents to put Josh on a "No Pick Up List" or whatever your school calls it, and Josh will not be allowed to sign you out. (You don't have to tell your parents about having a drug problem for that). The go talk to your consular at school and ask her to keep what you say confidential, see if there is a program at your school to help you.

I know that you don't want to tell your parents and you don't want to disappoint them, they really are on your side and will move heaven and earth to help you. I speak as a parent and what I would do for my kids if they needed my help. Don't give up and you will succeed.

You need to confide in your family.
Your family needs to have josh arrested for what he's done to a minor. He should spend the rest of his life in jail although i prefer execution for him..
You have to realize he is only using you for his interests and if not now will soon introduce you to the streets as a hooker.
He is an animal and should be put away forever and your school should be held resposnible for allowing a pimping drug dealer into your life .

If you are smart go to the law and seek help in having him put off the streets. Do you want to wait until he gets to your sister?brother? cousin? or soem other teen or under?

talk with your parnts and ask their help in getting this parasite out of your life and getitng your life staightened out.
Getting well is now up to you , others can only do so much.

For real if you know no where else to go it should be to your parents cause you are in a situation where you need to be guided by people that you can trust. And your parents can lead you in the right direction. no matter what scolding you are afraid of it is only right to to let them know. But if you still choose to hide it just call like a planned parenthood. Just ask them for a detox center, they will be able to get you going in the right direction

You need to go to your family. It will hurt them more if they find you dead somewhere from an OD. Everyone needs help once in awhile, and you obviously need help now. And, you're lucky that you have family to lean on. Some people aren't so lucky.

I think you should tell your parents, they will help you, they will be mad but they will help you not hurt you. Get help, you need to control it , before it controls you. Remember the first step ( you know what i'm taking about). The first step .
