As a professional web programmer I would suggest to use http://www.pixel2life.com as it is an amazing source, than probably http://www.w3schools.com/ and for server side like php i would say php.net . But i highly recommend o'riley medias in a nutshell series. as well as sams learn...in 10 minutes

codeave.com has code for JavaScript, ASP, CSS, and HTML.
Start with HTML, then CSS or JavaScript, they all work together.
