Alright, based on how they're all doing, here's what I think.
New England Patriots (12-5) vs. Seattle Seahawks (11-6)
Final: New England 35, Seattle 31
Why? Alright, everyone thinks that the Colts are Superbowl bound. I do too, BUT, I don't think they are a very good playoff team. Even with the Patriots former playoff master kicker Adam Vinatieri, I think the Colts are finally gonna break down in the best AFC championship game against the Patriots.
Also, the Seahawks may seem as though they are heading away from Superbowl hopes, but look. They are first in a sucky division so they are pretty much guaranteed a spot in the playoffs, where they will kick some @$$! The Bears offense is just playing like crap. Their defense can't save them for much longer. The NFC in general is pretty close, but I think the Seahawks can pull it off in playoffs.
Then again, the Pats and Hawks are my 2 favorite teams...so bias can be a part of this.

Totally forgot about the Bolts! Alright, I change my prediction to the Pats and Chargers. Sorry Hawks, but LT is murdering defenses.

i said at the start of the year the broncos and the giants... but now id like to addmend that to the giants and the charges...the pats r going ot struggle, and the colts r overrated... and the broncos r not playing like they should. But im still going with the giants because the bears defense is RLY GOOD!!!! (no way can u say there not..and im a packers fan but i have to b honest) their defense cna win them games, but i think the giants when healthy by the playoffs will win (even tho they will b missing toomer) and the hawks, im just not sold on them even tho they have been winning without hasselback and alexander so they have a very strong case as well

SD and Giants
LT is having a monsterous year..he will break SHaun's TD record
plus SD just beat the Broncos for lead in the AFC west. they can beat the Pat's and/or Colt's in the playoffs.
Giants, because like you said Chi is going down
and the Hawks just lost to the 49ers. Giants have only Carolina and New Orleans as the hard teams left on their schedule
