Books are not a thing of the past, they are a gift from the writer who's words weave a spell around the reader to draw them into the story. People today as so entrenched in getting an immediate response that they have forgotten the beauty of relaxing and traveling/developing/creating with the mind. Ironically if you watch a lot of sci-fi the future generations treasure books much as our pre electric ancestors did....I think its sad that people have lost the value of a good book and I hope that this will turn around with time....in answer to your question though no not on floppy, you can however get audio books.

No, cd's but floppy disks are also a thing of the past they don't even put floppy drives on computers anymore unless it is asked for CD librarys are common though.

Never heard of a floppy disk library. Our library has many DVDs, but is mostly books.

I don't think we are that far in the future, technology wise, i mean.

But it would be cool, and way easier to have them like this, but maybe it would be better to have them cd-roms instead.
Floppys are also a this in the past.
