It is often seen that during the time of communal violence the police department try to make a community liasion group by selecting hounarable people from different group to help them to stop the violence. In this context many time it is seen that the people who are really nice for this job do not come forward. What is the reason behind this?

During that 'time of communal violence', those people may not want to stick their necks out. It could be fear of retribution. They might worry that they would be the next victim if they are in a high profile situation like that. It could be their reputation might suffer if they associate with law enforcement. They may suddenly find previously open relationships close down because the other person doesn't trust them anymore. They could get labeled as a 'narc', or someone who will turn their neighbors in. Many neighborhoods see the Police as an outside force that doesn't share their own values. This is exactly the reason law enforcement attempts community-police relationships and liasons.

there will bad experience. it needs sacrifice. you must be ready sacrifce even your life some time you even may die. they may even cause problem to your family members. for the greed of earning money that you cut by your social service involves in fianancial advantage. you cannot believe any one. you need lot of wisdom courage and boldness. offcourse intelligence to survive the bad times and dangers. they wont be in all cases but will be there in all cases. go ahead. all the best. its a noble thing on earth.,
