About 8 hours. I live near Clearwater, and it takes about 5 hours to get to Miami, that's with a stop. It would be about 2-3 hours from Miami to Key West. Have a nice trip.

It all depends the speed you want to do to accomplish this task it is nice drive if you are not in a rush you can take the A1A go near the ocean or the one that goes alongside the everglades. My granddaughter and husband died on the turnpike trying to break a record.

too long...let's see it's about five hours from orlando to south fl..then about an hour to miami then like maybe three hours to the keys....oh I guess it's not too bad. If you mapquest it it will give you the quickest route and exact time.
