I am 4'11 and weigh 89lbs, mind you i am 20 years old! Yes, im tiny. Well the only place that i can find jeans that fit me is wetseal, but they dont have a big variety. Were else do they sell this size and i would love to try some of those new skinny jeans. Were would i find that size in that style. Thanks!!

Aagh, the woes of being small.
Lots of stores sell a size labeled 00, but 00 just isn't 00 anymore. This year most of the stores decided to bump the vanity sizing up a notch and now "actual" sizes are one size bigger than they used to be; e.g. if you were a size 7 last year, now you're a 5. I guess they did this because they discovered that flattery sells more clothes and Americans are getting heavier; it's been proven that many women, when given two styles that fit them equally, will want to buy the one labelled a smaller size because it makes them feel thinner. Hence, the smallest "actual" sizes don't even get manufactured anymore.

Pacific Sunwear (PacSun) sells really great jeans in a 'size 00' short, which is actually a 0. American Eagle, same thing.
GAP is the worst - their clothes are two sizes bigger than advertised; a size 8 would wear a 4 in GAP jeans. Don't even bother with that one.
Levi's has some great-looking skinny jeans but their smallest size is 0, and is supposed to fit a 23-inch waist/33-inch hips.

Well I dont know about you but I would be in the younger people's section of Sears or The Bay, these days thier styles are totally amazing!! I have a friend who even picks up sweater's there. There are a lot of stores that specialize in petite styles. Good luck wish I was that petite!

American Eagle Outfitters has 00 short jeans. You can got to www.ae.com. You could also try girls sizes like 14 or 16. Try Limited Too for that. www.limitedtoo.com.

lol i replaced into gonna recommend %solar... cuz they have the finest denims =] yet you may want to attempt perpetually 21. i'm also a length 00 short... and that i once tried on one among their skinny denims and they were extremely skinny... yet a touch lengthy. solid success!

Aeropostale has great deals on jeans, I have the same problem! 00, except a little taller and 87lbs.

You could also try buying a 1 or 0 and having them tailored to fit you perfectly.
