I don't know what it is exactly your looking for but heres some basics. Use mineral based powders for all things including blushers and concealers and eye pencils. Powders because they don't fade or run down your face in the rain or if you sweat. The minerals are good for your skin and the liquid pencils for eye liner can cause pink eye. Use lipstick colored gloss rather than lipstick so you won't get the perma-stain. Also when changing nail polish; leave your nails bare for twenty-four to forty-eight hours so that they can breath. It reduces the liklihood of funguses. good Luck and remember it doesn't take much makeup to enhance what you already have. LOL
